Dr. Sneha Saha
Dr. Sneha Saha attended the Erasmus+ fellowship at Université Catholique de Lille, France, where the focus was on exploring AI-driven pedagogical approaches and integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into education. The fellowship also involved establishing collaborative networks with faculty members from various countries, including Ghana, Kenya, Georgia, Bosnia, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine.

 

Dr. Bhawna
Dr. Bhawna has secured prestigious research funding from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for the 34 th NAOP Conference. She was elected as an Executive Committee Member of the National Academy of Psychology (NAOP). Dr. Bhawna also participated in the International Congress of Psychology, held at Prague.

 

Dr. Neeraj Panwar
Dr. Neeraj Panwar has edited a book, ‘Health Psychology in Integrative Healthcare’, published by Taylor & Francis. He also received the Best Paper Award in the 6th APSPA International Conference, 2024, organized by the Asia Pacific School Psychology Association (APSPA), at Assumption University of Thailand (AU)‘s Suvarnabhumi Campus.

 

Dr. Swati Pathak
Dr. Swati Pathak received the seed money valued at INR 2.5 Lakhs for a research project focused on the intersection of mental health and technology. She has also developed a MOOC on "Gender-Based Inclusivity in the Classroom: Special Focus on LGBTQ Individuals" under the OE4BW Program initiated by the UNESCO Chair on open technologies for OER and open learning. Additionally, she has been selected to develop another MOOC under the same program. Dr. Pathak also participated in the International Conference on Innovation, Sustainability & Applied Sciences, hosted by Curtin University, Dubai.

 

Dr. Anganabha Baruah
Dr. Anganabha Baruah holds four patents and currently serves as the Principal Investigator (PI) for a Seed Money Research Project valued at INR 2.5 Lakhs, which is focused on the intersection of mental health and technology.

 

Dr. Kritika Rastogi
Dr. Kritika Rastogi participated in a prestigious faculty exchange program with the University of Miami, enhancing cross-cultural academic collaboration and pedagogical exposure. She was also selected for the highly competitive and prestigious Summer Faculty Research Fellowship at IIT Delhi, providing her with the opportunity to engage in advanced research and interdisciplinary academic enrichment in collaboration with IIT Professors. Additionally, Dr. Kritika delivered a guest lecture at the University of Cincinnati, sharing her expertise on integrating Indian psychological concepts with modern mental health frameworks. A patent has also been granted to her by the Government of India on the title Art-Thera-Heal Model: an Art Therapy-Based Intervention.

 

Dr. Sonali Mukherjee
Dr. Sonali Mukherjee was awarded the prestigious Summer Faculty Research Fellowship 2025 at IIT Delhi, collaborating with leading professors on cutting-edge psychology research, mentoring emerging scholars, and contributing to interdisciplinary projects. She also developed a MOOC course titled “Social Skills Development for Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders: A Step towards SDG Goal 4”. This course was developed within the domain of OE4BW under UNESCO. Her chapter on the topic Neurodivergence and COVID-19 pandemic is also published in a Scopus indexed book. Additionally, Dr. Mukherjee participated in the International Conference on Innovation, Sustainability & Applied Sciences, hosted by Curtin University, Dubai.

 

Dr. Harleen Kaur
Dr. Harleen Kaur has been awarded with the Young Scientist Award at the International Congress of Psychology, organized by IUPsyS and presented in the Czech Republic. Selected among 45 psychologists for the APA’s collective reading on girls’ and women’s rights, she champions equity. Additionally, she got selected as co-chair for Psychology Day 2026 at the United Nations. She has also been appointed as a sole 'Editor' by Palgrave Macmillan for their book on Global Queerness. The book will be indexed in SCOPUS. She was also appointed by Queen Mary University in London as an Indian Investigator for a multi-country project entitled “Healing the Emotional Wounds of Children Who Have Engaged in Work Illegally: A Multi-Country Feasibility Study of a Co-Produced Arts-Based Program.” The Economic and Social Research Council of the United Kingdom funds the project. Dr. Harleen was also invited as a resource person for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW)-organized National Consultation on Transgender Care Guidelines.

 

Ms. Sreelatha S. Narayanan
Ms. Sreelatha published a chapter in a Scopus-indexed book titled ‘Research Methodologies and Practical Applications in Psychoneuroimmunology’

 

Dr. Nikita Jain
Dr. Nikita Jain participated in the International conference by APS and APCS, at St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, London.

 

Ms. Purwai Pravah & Dr. Fr. Viju P.D.
Ms. Purwai Pravah and Fr. Viju published their patent: “System and Method for Gamification-Based Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) for at-risk adolescents.

Dr Fincy Pallissery has published article in Scopus Journal and Presented papers at the International Conference. 

Dr Fincy Pallissery has been featured in the book of the Indian National Bar Association “The Phenomenal She”, 5th Edition a book acknowledging 100 women who have brought laurels to their nation and themselves making all proud, on the International Women’s Day, March 11, 2023. 

   

Dr. Fincy Pallissery and Dr. Meera Mathew Published a Book on Gender Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Dr Kriti Parashar has received seed money for a research project on Tele Law. 

  

Dr Harish Tiwari and Dr Meera have received a grant of Rs 2 Lakh from the Ministry of Law and Justice for setting up a Pro Bono Club.

 

Dr Kushboo Malik and Ms Anusha Choudhry have applied for Registration of Patent on Digital Laser Microscope camera.

Ms Kuhu Tiwari secured the best paper award at the International conference organised by HNLU Raipur.

Dr Dify Doyle has published a Book Chapter in Routledge Research. 

 Ms Arunima has published a Book Chapter in Taylor and Francis. 

Dr Meera Mathew has been invited to University of Miami for study visit and research as part of the MOU between University of Miami and CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and she has published papers with Scopus Journals. 

Special Mention:
School of Law entered MOU with Cardozo Law School, Yeshiva University, New York for faculty and Student Exchange.

Dr Surekha C, Dr Ridhima Shukla, Dr Saswati Bhattacharya, Ms Sabornee Karmakar and Ms Osheen Saxena received a grant of 3.94 Lakhs INR from the Senior Citizen Division, National Institute of Social Defense, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi for organizing two dates State/ Regional Conference on 'Fostering Intergenerational Connections: Successful Aging and Gerontology'. 

Ms.Aavleen Bakshi, Assistant Professor, gave a talk on ‘Beyond The Couch: A Comprehensive Look at Clinical & Counseling Psychology Practice across diverse professional arenas’, as part of Alumni Week 2023, Career Guidance and Placement Cell, School of Human Ecology, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in December 2023. Ms. Aavleen Bakshi was also Conference Convenor and Session Chairperson for National Conference on Mental Health and Well Being 2023, Christ University in December 2023.

Dr. Rakesh K. R received Seed Money for his project on 'Assessing the perception and deception of AI-generated content across expertise levels'.

Dr. Sonali Mukherjee received Seed Money for her project on 'The Paradox of Self-Handicapping: Imposter Phenomenon, Affective Components, and Psychological Distress'.

Ms. Hema MA received Seed Money for her project on 'Development and Implementation of 10x Capacity Building Program for Leaders'.

  

Ms. Hema. M. A. and Mr. A Sabu John conducted Faculty Development Program (FDP) for St Mary's High School, All Saints College and St Joseph's College, Nainital via Centre for Education Beyond Curriculum (CEDBEC) in February 2024.

Ms. Sreelatha S Narayanan received funding of 7 Lakhs INR for her consultancy project: Birth Bond Project via CHRIST Consultancy in December 2023.

  • Akshat won the Best Delegate Award in the Youth Parliament in the committee of Human Rights Commission
  • University team consisting of students from School of Law, Aryaman Singh, Ayush Nagar and Abin George became runners up in the VIT Bhopal Football Competition
  • Team comprising students from School of Law, Bhuwan Sood, Praney Mehta, Albert Sajeev, Hrishikesh Rajeesh and Jaymeet Joshi won the University conducted Christ Premier League Football Tournament
  • Team comprising students from School of Law, Aryaman Singh and Ayush Nagar won the University conducted Christ Premier League Basketball Tournament
  • Team comprising students from School of Law, Anushka Rai won the University conducted Christ Premier League Volleyball Tournament
  • The team Melange consisting of students from School of Law, which includes, Ashwin Jomon, Olive Regan and Anubhav Chattopadhyay won first prize in the battle of bands in Utkarsh: Dr Akhilesh Yadav College and Shivaay: Aatma Ram College (DU)
  • Team Zetabytes consisting of Adanoi Joseph Abraham from School of Law, bagged first position in Datanest 4.0 organized under Statistica 24 by the Department of Statistics, Ramjas College
  • Harsh Pandey, Suchir Anand and Shashank Soni were adjudged as Semi-finalists in the K.T.S Mock Trial Competition organized by the Symbiosis Law School, Noida
  • Aathi Kesavan secured second runner up in PIL drafting competition organized by the Forensics Science University
  • Sakshi Gupta, Saniya Razi and Aaratrika Ghose were adjudged as the Semi-finalists in the 5th ICFAI National Moot Court Competition 2024
  • The team Melange consisting of students from School of Law, which includes, Ashwin Jomon, Olive Regan and Anubhav Chattopadhyay won first prize in the battle of bands hosted by Ramanujan College (DU)
  • Elen P Kurian won the Best Negotiator Award in the 1st VGU R K Rastogi Memorial National Negotiation Competition that took place in VGU Jaipur, Rajasthan
  • S.M.Ayaan Rizvi won first position in the debate competition organized by Kanoon Junction
  • Manas Sinha was the runner up in the ESports of BGMI Showdown
  • Shamik Sanyal was the quarter finalist in the negotiation competition organized by the Amity University, ADR Competition 2023
  • Adarsh Tripathi, Antara Mandal and Sanjana Singh won the Best Memorial Award in the 6th National Moot Court Competition held in Amity, Rajasthan 2023
  • Vasu Arora, Nikunj Sarda and Bipasha Gupta reached the quarterfinals and won the best researchers award in the Lawctopus National Online Moot Court Competition
  • The research paper of Abhay Ujalambe and Ishika Singh got selected for publication in the upcoming book of VIPS Delhi in the National Conference on Artificial Intelligence and the Legal Implications
  • Stephin Sinu Oommen got the best paper presentation award at the Seminar on ‘Fostering Gender Justice’ by RGNUL Punjab
  • Stephin Sinu Oommen won High Commendation as a delegate of Israel of the UNGA - United Nations General Assembly Committee at the Christ University Model United Nations 2023 organized by CSA at Christ Delhi NCR Campus
  • Sakshi Sharan reached the quarterfinals at the 6th Shri Hashuji Advani Memorial National Moot Court Competition 
  • Aashvi Mugrai bagged the runners up in best mediator category at the JUSTITIA 2023, Gitarattan International Business School
  • Bhuvesh Bansal got first position in the fitness challenge organized by the Physical Education Society of the CHRIST (Deemed to University) Delhi NCR Campus
  • Anriya Joshi and Sanchi Hingorani were runners up in basketball and tug of war at LAKSHYA organized by Noida International University
  • Sanya Kapoor and Ahana Sen were the semifinalists at the 9th VIPS International Moot Court Competition 2023
  • Aditi Mishra became the semi finalists at the National Client Counseling Competition
  • Vahin Kaul got the best delegate (novice) award in the debate competition at the Samvidhan MUN
  • Rumela Biswas won the paper presentation on Gender Justice
